My dog is nervous around water — will this help?+
Start on the Mist setting. It's the gentlest of the 8 modes and many nervous dogs tolerate it far better than a regular hose or shower head.
Can I use my own shampoo in the dispenser?+
Yes — the soap chamber works with any dog-safe shampoo you already use. Just fill it before you start.
Is it only for outdoor use?+
It connects to a garden hose so it's built for outdoor washing on a lawn, patio or driveway rather than an indoor bathtub.
